Complete with eye-catching copper labels, these wines bring style and sophistication to every table.
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Denman in the Upper Hunter Valley and crafted with minimal wine maker intervention to create the most natural wine possible. After harvest, the fruit was transported in the cool of night to the winery in Pokolbin where it was crushed and de stemmed before being lightly pressed to extract the juice. This rich and flavoursome varietal was then fermented with a select premium yeast strain before making its way quickly into bottle to retain its fresh and delicate aromatics.
Vibrant fruits of Guava, Melon and hints of Passion-fruit integrate on the palate to align with the aroma perfectly. Balanced with a lovely line of acidity giving a persistent finish.
Aromas of Pineapple, Guava with hints of Passion-fruit and Musk lend themselves to a refreshing and approachable wine.
This wine is drinking well now and will continue to do so for up to 4 years.
An ideal aperitif or a perfect accompaniment to white fleshed meats and Asian cuisine. Vegan Friendly!
