The Farms is McGuigan's premier vineyard that host's wonderful old vines that produce intensely flavoured Shiraz grapes. These grapes allow McGuigan's to present this stunning wine that epitomizes the very best of the Barossa Valley.
Fermented for 7 days in traditional 10 tonne open vats ensuring the fruit is handled with ultimate care. American and French Hogsheads for malo-lactic fermentation occurred before being racked and matured in oak for 20 months prior to bottling.

Aroma: Delightful notes of blackberry, spice and chocolate with hints of vanilla
Palate: Rich blackberry and olive characters are beautifully integrated with vanilla oak. The bold palate is wrapped up and balanced with silky, velvety tannin's and a wonderful finish that lingers in the mouth.
